1. Appointments

Patients are requested to book appointments in advance whenever possible. Walk-in consultations are subject to doctor availability. The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in unavoidable situations.

2. Patient Responsibility

Patients must provide accurate personal, medical, and contact information. Howin Clinic Pro will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by patients.

3. Consultation & Treatment

Medical advice and treatments provided by our doctors are based on the patient’s disclosed health condition and examination results. Patients are advised to follow prescribed treatments and attend follow-up consultations when recommended.

4. Payments

Consultation fees, treatment charges, and other applicable payments must be completed as per the clinic’s billing policy. Fees once paid may not be refundable unless approved by clinic management.

5. Medical Records & Privacy

Patient records and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality. Information may only be shared when required by law or with patient consent.

6. Cancellation Policy

Patients are requested to inform the clinic in advance for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may affect future appointment availability.

7. Clinic Conduct

Patients and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward doctors, staff, and other patients within the clinic premises. Any misconduct may result in refusal of service.

8. Emergency Cases

Howin Clinic Pro provides outpatient consultation services. In case of serious medical emergencies, patients may be referred immediately to a hospital or emergency care center.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of healthcare services, the clinic shall not be held responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow medical advice, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Changes to Terms

Howin Clinic Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
