Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting our clinic directly. Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduled appointments.
We understand that schedules can change. We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee being applied to future bookings.
All dental procedures will be explained to the patient before treatment begins. Written consent will be obtained for major procedures including extractions, implants, root canals, and surgical treatments. Patients have the right to ask questions and seek clarification about any proposed treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, card payments, and online payment through Razorpay. Treatment cost estimates will be provided before procedures, though final charges may vary based on clinical findings during treatment.
Patients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions. This information is essential for safe dental treatment and will be kept strictly confidential.
While we strive for the best outcomes, dental treatments carry inherent risks. Howin Dental Clinic shall not be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow post-treatment instructions, or normal treatment risks that were communicated to the patient.
All patient records, medical information, and personal data are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share patient information with third parties without explicit consent.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
